For bookings of more than 8 people, we will ask you to send us your request by e-mail: contact@camping-garlaban.com


Method of payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The total amount of the stay is to be paid at most 15 days before the arrival date. Payments by holiday vouchers, Connect holiday vouchers and remote payments (credit cards and bank transfers) are possible. The following are not accepted : Cash (on site only, for campsites without prior reservation), Cheques, American Express and VACAF.
Pay by Chèques-vacances (ANCV) :
1) I wish to pay the deposit and/or the totality of my stay by holiday voucher :

  • Make a quote for your stay on our website to find out how much to send
  • Contact us on 04 42 82 19 95 or by e-mail so that we can make the reservation for you. We will then be able to make an imprint of your credit card for the amount of the stay (not debited) which will be cancelled when we receive the holiday vouchers before your stay or on your arrival.

2) I wish to pay the deposit by credit card and the balance by holiday vouchers :
Please note that this procedure is only possible for bookings made more than 15 days before the date of your stay.
  • Book your stay by internet and pay the deposit by credit card
  • Contact us on 04 42 82 19 95 or by e-mail so that we can make an imprint on your bank card of the amount of the stay (not debited) which will be cancelled when we receive the holiday vouchers before your stay or on your arrival.
3) I wish to pay with ANCV CONNECT holiday vouchers :
It is only possible to book your holiday with Chèques Vacances Connect (ANCV CONNECT) by telephone on 04 42 82 19 95.
Pay in cash :
We do not accept advance bookings with cash payment. We only accept them if you arrive without a reservation for a pitch (subject to availability).
Caution :
Expect us to ask you for a deposit (200€ not debited by credit card only) for your accommodation on arrival.

Cancellation conditions & Cancellation insurance

In the event of cancellation, regardless of the method of booking, the customer must send an e-mail to the campsite requesting the cancellation of the stay. If the cancellation occurs :

  • within 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the amounts paid will be reimbursed in full, excluding administration costs ;
  • less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, it is due in full.
Special case: if a cancellation insurance policy is taken out, the client will be offered an invoice enabling him to justify the amounts spent to his insurer. Any stay not cancelled in accordance with the above conditions will be invoiced in full. The date of the refund will only occur after validation of the payment made and within an average of 15 working days. Discover our general terms and conditions of sale. COVID-19: The insurance covers, with proof, cancellations and interruptions of stays by Covid-19 clients who are ill. Accommodation : Practical information

Equipment
Our accommodations are equipped and furnished. (coffee maker, kettle and crockery kit, broom, bucket, dustpan and brush...). The inventory of your accommodation is available right here : Accommodation guide However, you will need to bring your own sheets, towels and cleaning products. Most of our mobile homes have a reversible air conditioning. Additional heating and fans are available in the other accommodation depending on the season.
Wifi
There is no wifi in the accommodation. However, you have a free access around the reception and our bar area and the 4G/5G network throughout the site.
Drawer bottoms in our homes and bathrooms
You have some food or hygiene products que vous ne souhaitez pas emporter à votre départ ? We invite you to leave them in your accommodation or in the bin provided for this purpose in the toilets for the next ones! With us, nothing gets lost! provided for this purpose! With us, nothing is lost!

Pitches : Practical information

The electrified and natural pitches are designed for 5 people maximum.  Freecamp is planned for Maximum 2 people.
Electrified pitches
Our electrical terminals have a connection with European or French plug (8 amps). As terminals can sometimes be far from the assigned pitch, it is necessary to Provide an extension cord. If you don't have an electrical adapter or extension cord, we offer them on loan for a deposit of €20.
Access to water
From drinking water hydrants are at your disposal near the reception and the toilets.
Emptying
The water treatment at our campsite is environmentally friendly. The emptying of black, waste and grey water is therefore not allowed on the campsite Drainage areas are available nearby:

  • Aubagne: free, 10 minutes away, Auchan service station, Zone des Paluds
  • Gémenos: free, 10 minutes away, Cours Sudre, behind the post office
Drawer bottoms in sanitary facilities
You have some food or hygiene products that you don't want to take with you when you leave? We invite you to leave them in the bin provided for this purpose! With us, nothing gets lost!

Companies and Groups

The Garlaban campsite offers you a reception area in the open air to organise your events or gatherings with a range of activities and entertainment tailored to your needs.  This private space is shaded and in the middle of nature, to welcome you in complete peace of mind from 9am to 10pm. Several types of events, depending on the season, with the possibility of catering on request, will be offered.

  • For individuals: family reunions, cousinhoods, birthdays, garden parties, etc.
  • For professionals: seminars, incentives, training, team meetings, etc.
  • For clubs and associations: gatherings, meals, meetings, general assemblies, etc.

YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE CAMPSITE

Before you arrive

Payment of my stay
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The total amount of the stay is to be paid at most 15 days before the arrival date. A deposit You will be asked to pay a deposit for your accommodation on arrival (100€ not debited by credit card only). This is a simple preventive measure for the protection of our equipment. It will be automatically cancelled at 2pm on the day of your departure. What to expect

  • For accommodation: 
Sheets, towels and cleaning products are not provided. However, we do offer to hire kits of sheets, towels and bath mats.
  • For pitches :
Being equipped with an ecological water treatment system, the emptying of wastewater, grey and black water is impossible on the campsite. We therefore advise you to do this before your arrival. Think of us specify size of your tent or campsite before you arrive to facilitate your placement. Please bring a European adapter and a 25m extension cable in case.

Opening hours of the campsite
La Reception is open from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm (20:00 in summer). We welcome you :

  • For the accommodations from 15h00
  • For the pitches from 14h00
For everyone's peace of mind, the barrier access is closed from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning. You will need to leave your car in the car park and walk to your accommodation/pitch.               Access to the campsite outside opening hours
You think arrive after the reception has closed Don't panic, just let us know at 04 42 82 19 95 to organise your arrival in advance. We will give you the gate code and put the key (if you have booked accommodation) and a campsite map aside.

Extend or shorten your stay
Extensions are always possible (subject to availability). If you have booked a pitch or a rental accommodation, no refund will be possible in case of early departure. We invite you to come directly to the reception to see in detail the possibilities to extend or shorten your stay.
Home
We are available from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm (20h00 in summer) at the campsite reception, by mail or by phone.
Wifi
You can use the campsite's Wifi network for free around the reception and at the bar (not available in homes, 4G everywhere).
Our Bar
Discover our bar, offering a wide range of hot drinks, soft drinks, cocktails, local beers, and local wines. We will also be happy to offer you our short catering card made with love. If you are tempted by a petit-déjeuner, You can take advantage of a bread and pastry deposit service and breakfast packages. You can book at the bar counter the day before by 5.30 pm for the next day. Your order is to be collected from 8.30 a.m. at the bar on the spot or to take away and you can pay at that time. The breakfast formula consists of a viennoiserie, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice and a large hot drink at 7.50€ per person. The bar is open every day from 8.30am to 7pm from April to October (until 22h00 in July and August).
Our grocery shop 
At the campsite reception you will find a small grocery shop. Here you will find local products, campsite as well as guidebooks and plans on the Region. 
Our laundry 
We have a laundry area with a washing machine (€5 per token and ecological detergent) and a tumble dryer (3 € per token) located behind the sanitary facilities. The tokens can be purchased at the Reception.
Our shared sanitary facilities
The sanitary block is open during the whole summer period of the campsite from March to November. It has :

  • 9 heated showers (including 1 for PRM)
  • 10 toilets (including 2 for PRM)
  • 1 baby area
  • 8 dishwashing sinks
  • 3 laundry bins

Our pool
Feel like taking a dip? Take advantage of our beautiful swimming pool in 10 am to 7 pm daily depending on weather conditions, from mid-May to end of September. Please note that the pool is unattended, anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Lockers for refrigerator at 6.5€ per day (subject to availability, located behind the toilets)
  • Electric planchas 5 per day (subject to availability).
You are in an area with a high fire risk. Barbecues, campfires and candles are not allowed on the campsite.

  • Inflatable paddles at 30€ per day
  • Bodyboards at 5€ per day
  • Mask and snorkel kits at 3€ per day

  • A freezer is available to campsite guests for ice packs only, located behind the sanitary facilities.

Do you need help on site?

Troubleshooting
If you have a technical problem in your home or on your pitch, please let us know directly to the reception desk so that our technical team can intervene (if you are missing some items in your accommodation, if you are unable to operate a piece of equipment...).

Parking

At the entrance of the campsite you will find a parking made available to you. All dwellings are in the pedestrian zone. This means that you can only drop off your luggage at your accommodation and then park your car in the car park. For everyone's peace of mind, the entrance gate is closed from 10pm to 7am in the morning. If you arrive during these times, you will not be able to access your accommodation/pitch by vehicle.

House rules

Your animals
We accept your pets (except category one and two dogs) provided they have a up-to-date vaccination booklet and that they are under permanent supervision (It is forbidden to leave your pet alone in an accommodation).  We will charge an additional 3.5€ per pet per night.
Noise and safety
For the peace of mind of all, we request the quiet within the campsite between 10pm and 7am. Traffic is limited to 10 km/h on the site. We are in a high fire risk area. This is why, charcoal barbecues, campfires, candles and cigarettes are prohibited on the website. Before setting out on a hike, check the weather forecast and make sure the mountains are open on 08 11 20 13 13 or on bouches-du-rhone.gouv.fr. We advise you to stay on the marked paths, to take your mobile phone to contact the fire brigade in case of fire or accident, and to take water.
Emptying
The water treatment at our campsite is environmentally friendly. The emptying of black water is therefore forbidden on the campsite. Drainage areas are available nearby:

  • Aubagne: free, 10 minutes away, Auchan service station, Zone des Paluds
  • Gémenos: free, 10 minutes away, Cours Sudre, behind the post office

Common sanitary facilities
You will find showers, toilets, washbasins, dishwashing bins and laundry bins at your disposal. Please leave the premises in the same condition as you found them for the comfort of all.
Selective sorting and compost
You will find our selective sorting and our compost at the entrance of the campsite. We offer the distribution of biodegradable compost bags and compost bins in the accommodation. Compostable dog waste bags are available at Reception.

Public transport nearby

NAVETTE
A free shuttle bus runs every day except Sunday from 7am to 7pm and stops at our bus stop Claire Fontaine It goes from La Treille (departures from the Marcel Pagnol paths), to Aubagne station (bus n°10, schedules on lepilote.com). This station serves the surrounding towns (Cassis, Marseille, La Ciotat, Aix-en-Provence, etc.) by bus or train.

Eco-responsible actions

Our daily eco-gestures
All campers are asked to respect the environmental cycle of the campsite. (exclusive use of environmentally friendly products for : laundry, washing up, hygiene You can find products on sale for you at the reception.  A few simple things to do : 

  • Switching off the light when leaving the house
  • Turn off the air conditioning in the evening and when a window is open
  • Do not leave phones and computers charging at night
  • Disconnect cables when not in use

Our wastewater treatment plant
Our accommodations are all tuned to a ecological sewage plant located below the campsite. All waste water is treated on site by a natural filtration system, which limits our impact on the environment. No pesticide treatments are used on the entire site.

Do you have any food or hygiene products left over? that you don't want to take with you when you leave? We invite you to leave them in your accommodation or in the bin provided for this purpose in the sanitary facilities for the next ones! With us, nothing gets lost !
Selective sorting and compost
You will find our sorting area as well as our compost at the entrance of the campsite.  Cleaning products  All of the cleaning products used by our team, is eco-labeled and fully complies with the requirements of our ecological sanitation system.
Insect habitat
A habitat for insects has been installed in our campsite to encourage the installation of "auxiliary" insects, such as ladybirds, butterflies, bees, earwigs, lacewings, carabid beetles... It's up to you to find it!

PRM access

In Pitch
The campsite is accessible to PRM only for pitch reservations. Our accommodations are all equipped with an elevated terrace with stairs and require assistance in the event of a stay by a person with reduced mobility.
Sanitary facilities
Our Sanitary Block has a shower room and two adapted toilets. Do not hesitate to ask us to be close to the toilets when booking your stay.
Our services
The reception and bar are accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a ramp allows access to our pool. Our team is here to help you and meet your needs to give you the best possible campsite experience.

WHEN YOU LEAVE

Information for your departure

Check-out times
Departures are before 10:00 a.m. for the accommodations (no inventory) and before 12:00 noon for the pitches. You can leave the keys with us at the reception or in the key box at the entrance of the reception, outside the opening hours of the reception.
Household
We ask you to leave your accommodation clean and tidy.

  • Washing the dishes and putting them away
  • Turn off the radiator/fan/lights
  • Cleaning up
  • Taking out the rubbish
  • Close the accommodation and return the keys to Reception
An end-of-stay cleaning package is available if you do not wish to clean.
State of play
We do not do an inventory of fixtures on your departure. We invite you to notify us during your stay if you notice any anomaly in your accommodation so that we can intervene as soon as possible. We can then make an appointment to solve the problem. Bonds will be automatically cancelled on the afternoon of your departure.
